Official Refund Policy

28-Day Free Trial

OncoField Lab provides a 28-day free trial so customers can evaluate the product before purchase.

Customers are strongly encouraged to use this period to verify compatibility with their own hardware, research workflow, and intended use before placing an order.

When Digital Fulfillment Begins

Digital fulfillment begins when any one of the following is first provided: a download link, executable package, license key, activation data, or bundled third-party runtime component.

Once any of these items is delivered, the order is treated as digitally fulfilled even if the customer has not yet completed installation or activation.

Refunds Before Digital Fulfillment

If a refund is requested before digital fulfillment begins, FieldCure may cancel the order and issue a refund.

FastSpring or payment processing fees that have already been incurred may still be non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds After Digital Fulfillment

After digital fulfillment begins, refunds for change of mind are generally not available.

This is because non-recoverable third-party runtime licensing and deployment costs, including LEADTOOLS-related costs, may already have been incurred at that point.

This policy still applies even if the customer later uninstalls the software or stops using it.

Mandatory Rights and Renewals

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Refunds or other remedies remain available where required by law, including cases of unauthorized or duplicate charges, non-delivery, material defects not cured within a reasonable support period, or where the product materially differs from its description or the contract.

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled for the next renewal term before the next billing date. The current billing term is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
